Ear piercings could be infected.Need help!?

On Friday, I got a fourth piercing on the left ear lobe as well as a second cartilage piercing on that same ear.Yesterday, I noticed that my ear was a little swollen and red.I figured that the unusually large backs of the earrings were too tight not making enough room on the steam so I changed to smaller backs.But when changing the backs, I accidentally pulled both the earrings out so I cleaned them and put them back in.As of today, the swelling and redness hasn't gotten any worse but it's still there.Anyone have a way that I can treat this infection at home without having to remove the earrings and lose the piercings?
