How to make sure your earing doesnt close up??!!!?

i got my ear pierced in november and then my earlobe got infected and bloody nasty is coming out and my mom said we would get out the nasty a lottle every night until its all out and we will let it heal and get it repierced but i really dont want to do that again so is there any other waybecause i cant get that earring through my ear because there is dried nasty but we got the dried part out but its too sensitive to put it in and im afraid if i get it repierced then all the nasty will come out that we couldnt get out and and i nedd helpppp
