Why always Gold, Diamond, Pearl have Precious value and Demand than, other minerals {stone}?

Because these take a lot to be extracted from there sources,polished and made fine. Impure Diamonds do not cost a lot. A diamond gains its value only after its cut into faces. More the faces and more is the cost of the diamond. Hence these are found in very rare places and take a lot to be finished hence they cost a lot.
