Tampon Question? Girls?!?

My flow is pretty heavy. Last month, I had to change my Tampon every two hours and it was absorbency Super! My period is coming up again (*sigh*) are there any brands that are good for not leaking that I don't have to change every two hours (*insert sarcasm*)? I have used Tampax pearl and it leaked a whole load. I don't like the regular one (Tampax) because the cardboard kind of hurts...Thanks. =)
