Single post earring that gives the appearance of multiple holes?

My coworker has these earrings, she wears them in her first holes and it gives the appearance she has 3 holes. They are really cute and I really want some. The issue is, she got them at an art fair, and doesn't remember the name of the woman who makes them. I was just wondering if there were any websites you guys know of that would sell anything like that. thank you so much!
