I don't remember the artist or the name but I remember the music video for it. In the video it basically went through the city and showed it like a chain reaction and some scenes I remember are: a drunk couple in a taxi cab, a guy taking a picture in a public restroom, a girl on girl photo-shoot on top of a roof, and a grandma washing her floor with champagne while a huge dog stayed on the couch.
