Bump INSIDE Ear Lobe?

Ok well Ive had my Ears Pierced For about 3 Years Now With No Problems, But about 4 Days Ago, I Found this Weird Bump inside my Ear Lobe Just Above the Earring. Theres Nothing On The Front or The back of my ear lobe, You Cant even Tell its there... Until you Squeeze it. My Ear started becoming itchy, And Then I Found The Bump. What Could it Be? Im sorta Worried.
