So, there's this girl....?

This girl that works at the local mall that I think is pretty, and would like to meet. Usually when I walk past the store she works in, we kinda make some eye contact and smile, nothing much. I would really like to go in there and talk to her, but she works in a store that is specifically targeted towards girls. I have absolutely no need for earrings or make up, let alone hello kitty merchandise. So how do you think I should talk to this girl? Should I try to find her while she's not in her store? Should I go in there and look extremely awkward? I'm at a loss of what I should do.
